不久前，有个客户的胶盒在我们公司清洗后，客户抽检时发现工件部位上的油印没洗干净。 到客户现场了解情况时，发现这种胶盒是黑色防静电胶盒，块头较大，在其工件部位上有不易发现的润滑油印，须在充足的光线下倾斜至一定角度才可发现。因为客户事先并无对来料状况作特殊说明，在来料检查时也未发现此种不良，所以清洗时并未做特殊处理，仅按正常来料清洗流程清洗。结果导致整批货全部被退回返工。

对被退回的胶盒重新检查时，发现80~90%的胶盒都有油印，严重的几乎每处工件位上都有，且胶盒面积大，数量多，又是ESD材质，用正常的IPA加抹布擦拭方法行不通。一是进展太慢，客户要货急；二是IPA对ESD涂层会有腐蚀作用。经过反复清洗试验，终于找出了解决方法，就是将中性清洗剂MP、碱性清洗剂BC和水按适当比例混合后配成新溶剂，将有油胶盒放入其中进行短时间浸泡后用专用刷刷洗片刻，再用DI水冲淋，最后进入正常清洗工序清洗，清洗之后的胶盒经OQC检查后OK，油印被清除。
