余压阀在使用过程中存在哪些问题

目前余压阀的结构一般包括阀板、调节重锤、过滤网等几个部分,工作时,阀板开启一定角度,让一定量的气流通过。重锤在不同位置,阀板所受压力不同,相同室内压力下,阀板的开启度不同,可起到调节作用。

1 外形尺寸所造成的问题

因为现有余压阀的工作机制是室内压力推开阀板进行泄压,因此,阀板和调节重锤部分突出墙面。通常,余压阀被要求安装在洁净室的下风侧墙壁上,因此,突出部分便成为人流或物流的障碍。也正因为如此,很多工程实施时,将余压阀按装在洁净室墙壁上方,以避免此类不便,这样,造成了洁净室气流组织上的不合理。

现有余压阀虽然具有调节部分,但是,在实际使用时,并不能将调节重锤的某个位置和房间的正压值对应起来。重锤位置的调整和房间压力的变化,都会引起阀板开度变化,但并不能就此简单标定重锤位置和房间压力的关系。在实际应用中,还牵涉到同一个洁净空间使用什么规格及多少数量余压阀的问题。同一个洁净空间,在同样的正压情况下,使用一个余压阀和使用多个同规格余压阀,阀板的开度是不同的。

现有余压阀还存在噪音问题,在房间压力出现大的波动时(开门瞬间等) ,阀板快速关闭,会产生比较大的噪音,有些型号的余压阀在关闭部位贴了密封胶条,一定程度上可以降低噪音。
