1 手术室高效空气过滤器经外观检查合格后，应立即进行安装；

2 安装高效过滤器的框架应平整、清洁，每台过滤器的安装框架的平整度偏差，不得超过1～2㎜；

3 过滤器安装方向必须正确，安装后过滤器四周和接口，应严密不漏；

4 高效过滤器采用机械密封时，应采用气密垫密封，其厚度为6~8㎜，并紧贴在过滤器边框上；安装后垫料的压缩应均匀，压缩率为25~50%；安装后应进行扫描检漏；

5 高效过滤器采用液压密封时，槽架安装水平，并不得有渗漏现象；槽内无污物和水分。槽内密封液高度宜为槽深的2/3，密封液的熔点宜高于50℃。

 

5 high efficiency filter adopts hydraulic seal, the slot bracket installation level, and can not have leakage phenomenon; the groove without dirt and moisture. The height of sealing fluid in the tank should be 2/3, and the melting point of the sealing fluid should be higher than 50.
